Before going to the mountain:

Send ORP at least 40 days in advance!!
Make lodging reservations
Need manuals??

With respect to observing - don't forget to take:

Observing program (if not monitoring)
Target list and finding charts
Standard Stars (coordinates, finding charts, spacing in observation)
Info on: filters, exp.times, ROI(??), calibrations
Airmass Charts
Telescope & Instrument Manuals
Contact info for startup person
Tapes/DVDs

With respect to travel - don't forget:

Tickets!!!
Driver's lisence
Hotel / lodging info
Contact info (telephone#'s)

Misc (yeah, I need this too!):

Flashlight!!!
CDs
Sun screen!!!
