This is a simple re-implementation of Setup S2KB using Google Sky and the Google Maps API. It is not as fully features as the original, but it does provide some of the basic functionallity. To use it, use the mouse to move the sky around. Once you are have decided on your pointing, click on the S2KB map to have the S2KB field of view and bad columns overlayed. Images of what the guide camera see can be found below the main view of view.
The name resolver and angular scale bar were developed during the 2008 NVO Summer School as part of the Google SID project. The name resolver provides an interface to the Candian VO's name service that uses NED, SIMBAD, and VizieR.
